FSG completes TasmaNet acquisition

Field Solutions Holdings (ASX: FSG), Australia’s leading rural, regional and remote telecommunications carrier is pleased to announce it has completed the aqusition of TasmaNet Pty Ltd and controlled entities. The transaction completed on Tuesday 21st of December at 4pm.

As TasmaNet has learned more about FSG and its unique position within the National telco marketplace, the TasmaNet board and major shareholders have realised that a combination of the two companies makes a great deal of sense for both companies and their combined customers.
